Do you split reservation when staying 2 resorts?

Thanks to all the great information I'm finally taking the plunge and making our reservations (myself, DH, DD12, DD6, DD4 at time of trip).

I was wondering if someone can help me with two last questions. We will be splitting our stay between POR and POLY. Do you usally make two separate reservations? I've been researching this trip for to many years and the resort is my toughest problem. We will be arriving the Thursday before Thanksgiving 2005 and staying for ten days. I'm hoping for a discout rate on the first portion but am pretty sure I won't get one close to Thanksgiving.

My other question has anyone had five people in a one bedroom at the BCV. My oldest DD will only be with us a couple of nights and the others will be with her Cousin and their family in a BCV.

You will have to make a reservation for each resort you stay at and make 2 deposits.

A one bedroom villa at BCV sleeps 4. You will have one queen sofa sleeper in the living room and one king bed and one bathroom.

Just wanted to let you know that I have friends that stayed in a one bedroom BCV with five people. Disney will allow this but will not provide extra bedding (ie rollaway bed or extra pillows and towels (you can get extra at the pool house)) So if you are willing to have three in the king bed or bring a blow up bed for the fifth person for that one or two nights (or the whole time if you like) I say go for it. It is really up to your comfort level. My friends had five people on the reservation so you don't have to feel like you are breaking any rules. Hope this helps!

I need to make sure I have the deposits for both reservatoins now before I call.

I will only have all three girls for two of the five night if we do book the BCV. I might have to switch one of the resorts.
