It just breaks my heart that both of my DSs smoke (they are 23 & 25). I have been an anti-smoking advocate for many years. DH & I don't smoke; my father was a heavy smoker. I guess it also makes me angry that my sons smoke - they were both on my "dime" when they started (whether in HS or college - don't know which). I hate that I finacially (unknowingly) supported this bad habit.

So happy I quit.
Lucky for me. Most of my friends and relatives that used to smoke have all quit.
, and that keeps me going. With that said, I could never be a anti-smoking activist. Smoking is your personal choice and I would never tell someone else to quit. That's your business, not mine.
and says he feels and breathes so much better-. Anyhow, where my mom sat all the time smoking her cigs, the walls turned tan. It wasn't really noticeable until we started painting but then it was a shock to see the "stain" on the walls. Yes, it was gross. Also when I would leave for work in the evenings, you could see the smoke pouring out of our house, it was like living in a smoke tent.
