Do you shop at Coldwater Creek?

I've bought tons of stuff from them, both from the catalog (only on sale) or at the outlet store (about an hour away). The cool thing is that they keep track of all your purchases, whether in store or online. I bought a sweater at the outlet store last October but lost the receipt. I went to return it in January and the clerk found it in my history, and put the charge back on my credit card without a fuss. Great customer service will keep me going back again and again.
