Do you reuse your towels?

I agree, it is weird to me not to reuse, and IMHO very wasteful. I do towels/sheets on a Wednesday, so we reuse for a week and they get swapped out then. I have two towels (one for hair, one for body) that I hang on my rack and my DH has his own rack. Never have a problem with towels not drying or getting "funky".

Yes, that's what the towel rack is for, to hang up my wet towel when I'm done. :rotfl:

I'm not doubting you, but have to wonder about the "science" behind this train of thought. I have an aunt who feels the same exact way, so you're not alone! I'm a pretty big germaphobe, but I guess this one doesn't bother me:confused3

Terri

I'm not a germaphobe but I did make the mistake of reading what can live on re-used towels and it completely grossed me out. Sometimes ignorance IS bliss

Reuse on body ~3-4 days, then use it for my hair 2-3 days, then it goes in the laundry, so 1 towel a week.

I like to air dry too, so the towel isn't used that much for the body. :rotfl:

We reuse them several times - I live in an apartment most of the time and can't handle all the laundry piling up.

I'm amazed someone doesn't dry off, I have to powder myself all over before I can even think of getting dressed. I can't stand it if my undies stick to my behind. :upsidedow

We shower 1 time a day, reusing towels for a week (Sunday to Sunday). Is that gross? :rotfl:
