DYR~ Those plastic halloween costume masks with a stretchy stapled together string to hold it on your head? The costume just tied on and was of ultra-cheap "fabric". They were sold in a box in the grocery store or K-mart (for us) .

In our neighborhood in the early 70's, we'd get HOMEMADE treats...even from strangers!!! So I make homemade treats for my kids and their friends (who know us very well)

Funny story...a few month ago I found my cheering letter jacket, I was trying it on, showing my kids, and in the pocket found my Bonnie Bell Lip Smackers (strawberry). I had such a good chuckle over that!!!
