Do you recycle?

I'm just curious. I've been recycling paper, aluminum/tin, glass and plastic for about 10 years now. Our trash service picked up items to be recycled every week and now this is coming to an end. The nearest recycling facility is about 12 miles away from where I live. They accept all of the above items except for glass. While this won't be convenient for me I'll still do what I can to "save the earth". Do you recycle?

Yes, we recycle. But we do have curbside pickup, and even if we didn't, there's a drop off location about 2 miles from my house.

I've been recycling for over 30 years! The community college I went to had a great newspaper and glass recycling center. You had to sort the glass by color, putting them in the correct bins.

We've had curb-side recycling for so many years now, I can't remember when it started. We recycle all types of paper, plastic, glass and aluminum.

Yes, we recycle... sometimes if the jar is too hard to clean, I cheat and throw it in the regular garbage.. I'm sorry but some jars just don't come clean..

nope not a thing I guess being with the x for 13 years sort of ruined that for me. during that time he owned 2 trash companies, and he lost money on each recycle truck that went down the road, so we certainly didnt do it.

We have two bins one for paper, boxes etc and the other one for plastics. We don't recycle glass.

Sure do. We have very little trash each week, seems most is recycled. Sure sorry to see the curbside recycling ending there, makes no sense.
