do you Really like scifi?

I saw where someone stated that there was a couple they never met in the back of there car. We wanted to make sure the kids got in the front to get the DL's. Will they do that since they knnow that is what we want?

hey maybe that was us( 2 adults) as we were put in a car with a family of 4 adults...kind of odd since lots of cars were empty

but guess it's just not our kind of place since our bad meal was a burger , oh well. i thought if the food was ok other times i think my kids would like the atmosphere and we had never gone there till our last kidless trip..guess we will skip it though..

We almost always eat at Sci Fi but I have to agree with the posters who have said the food is just okay. We really enjoy the atmosphere and the milkshakes are pretty good. I think the food is WAAAAAAAAAYYY overpriced compared to the quality. I've finally scratched it off our list for our April trip.

We liked Sci Fi. I had the chicken sandwich and it tasted just like the chicken sandwich I had at 50's PT which was good. You go to these resturants more for the atmosphere than the food so if you are looking for 'knock your socks off" food then stay away. If you are looking for good food and a great time then make an ADR. In my humble opinion all the food at WDW is overpriced for what you get.

We ate there in December and really enjoyed it. Our food was very good. The service was excellent.

We did not particularly enjoy Sci-Fi. We waited well over 40 minutes after our ADR time to be sat at our table. The atmosphere, admittedly, is very cool. However, the food was mediocre, at best. We did not choose this restaurant for our upcoming trip. According to my DMom, Sci-Fi has good milkshakes, though!

We ate here last summer and really enjoyed it. My husband and I had the flat iron steak sandwich and it was very good. I forgot exactly what my girls had, but it is a must try once just to say you have been there. This place gets such mixed reviews, you either love it or hate.

Will we be ble to get the front seats for our DK's so they can get the Driver's Liscense? Will they automatically put us there or upon check in have to ask? thanks just love this Dis!!

so do you really think the food is good ( ours was so burnt it was way beyond "charred" so it's not just it didn't agree with our tastes, it was inedible and if it hadn't taken almost an hr to get we would have sent it back but we were totally fed up by then it was just one more nail in the coffin so to speak)or do you like the atmosphere so you are willing to settle for mediocre food? did we hit a totally off night and it 's great all the other times?

HATED IT!! felt it was not only the worst meal of our trip, but a complete waste of TS credits... food was mediocre at best... tables are far too small (esp when the service is lousy and your appetizers are on your table for about 3 mins before your entree arrives so we ended up w/the bottle of ketchup on the seat between us and i held my soup bowl in my hand to finish it!) i hated being so much in the dark that i could not even see my food... and the atmosphere did nothing for me! (LOL! glad you asked my opinion?! )

I would have to totaly agree with you on this. We were sat a good 35 minutes after our reserved time( three in party) and not sat in car had reserved. waitress was horrible, food was even worse, my kids did not even eat theres, should have complained but just wanted to get out of there, so payed and left.

I think the limo was nice. It didn't take us as long to get a seat because we sat in a limo. You are not facing the movie screen head on, but if you turn your chair or body, it is no big deal. Ours sat 6, but no chance of another family sitting with you!! It was really okay. I would have sat on the floor that night any way, that is how hungry I was
