Do you play "devil's advocate" on the Dis?

I have found there is absolutely nothing you can post about on the Dis, and not have someone tell you you are wrong. Not one single thing!

That's because there are very few things in life that are black and white. Why many Dis posters don't get that is beyond me.

I am like a previous poster who will sometimes try and help people see the other side, even if it's not the side I am on. Recognizing that there can be another side, being able to see where another person is coming from even when their pov is different than your own, requires maturity and self-confidence. Two things that, unfortunately, sometimes seem to be in short supply here on the Dis :)

I posted a response on whether or not I wear a watch and was told I was wrong. :rotfl:

No, you are wrong about being wrong about being wrong!

No, you're wrong about being wrong about being wrong about being wrong!!! :furious:

I think that's the correct number of wrongs. But I could be wrong.

You people are all wrong. Do the opposite of what you're doing now and you still will not be right.
