I usually go every Thursday night. There is a place down the street from me where they have a coverall carryover. Cover your board in 49 numbers or less and right now the jackpot is over $53,000! Boy do I want that! LOL

I go with my MIL once in awhile (usually 2 or 3 times a year) I used to go more but I have been saving my $$$ for vacations (been to Vegas, Niagara, and Atlantic City 2 times each in the past two years plus Disney and beach vacations.)

Are we going to bingo?? Can I come?? pleeeeeeeezze??? I'll share the jackpot! I haven't been to bingo in ages. If I have the money I'm there every week, unfortunately this is an extended no frills time for us.

No I find it extremely boring, but my mother, sister and a cousin go every Thursday. The fire company ladies auxiliary even made my sister an honorary member because she brings desserts for them to sell.

A friend of mine made me go with her one time. First time I ever played bingo. I made a joke of the whole thing (because I'm not a lucky person). I took "good luck items" from my kids, sat there holding them, kind of making fun of the regulars. Not in a mean way, only because I knew I'd never win. I'm just not lucky like that. Well, to my surprise, I won the $500 jackpot! Oooh, were the regular ladies mad at me!
