Do you pay return shipping to Crocs.com?

I ordered a bunch of crocs from crocs.com before Christmas. I now need to return a couple pairs. I went on the site and followed the instructions for return. It gave me a prepaid FedEx label, but it does not state whether the cost of return shipping will be deducted from by refund if I use the label and if so, by how much. I can't stay on hold with customer service right now and am hoping that someone here knows the answer. TIA!

I returned one pair of crocs and it was super easy. I received the full refund, however I had everything (paperwork, box, etc.) so not sure if this makes a difference. I did have to go to two Fedex locations because the first one did not know how to process the refund so I would not be charged.
