Something I've always noticed in parking lots is when they're practically empty, people will park diagonally across several lines, or will just park pell mell. Do you do this? Why?
Just curious. I'm just a rule follower, even to the point of parking perfectly even in an empty lot!

UHHH! My boss' wife will key their car! I wouldn't do that...but come on! I think it is ridiculous, especially when they park up close and take more than one spot. There are people that don't have a handicapped sign that do need to park close! I park close to the cart returns myself.
If I don't want someone to ding my van, I'll park way out--I won't park diagonal. When I see cars parked like that I'd like to pull right up next to it (I don't, but the way, it's just something evil I think of doing
). I don't really mind someone doing it as long as it's way out in a not busy parking lot, but rude in a busy lot or up close.

What's worse is I drive a SUV and I've never even thought of doing that.

. Maybe even make up some with "Where's YOUR handicapped hang tag or license plate" for the people who "just go in the store for a *moment* & take a handicapped space when they obviously don't qualify for one.
Let's just say I had a really crappy car that was on its last few miles. Someone parked like that near the front of a store. The spot next to them was the only one open. So I parked there leaving them very little room to get into their car. If they dinged my car, it would have helped the look. Sorry, I was a moody teenager and I'm slightly evil.
