I was just reading through that "fat and lazy on an ecv" thread and started thinking...
Do you own a scale? I always see the WISH people reporting how much weight they've lost and I have started a better exercise plan and I have cut most sugar out. I have definitely noticed a difference in my clothes and that is what I've been going by...especially since I've been working out. I may be gaining muscle.
Again, am I weird for not owning a scale?
Instead of putting pounds, I could put "lost a pant size, 2 more to go!"

but I have 2 scales side-by-side. They are completely different designs. I don't trust my scale to give an accurate reading, so I have a backup that I don't trust either. However, since I bought the second scale, I lost 15 lbs on both scales. Does that mean I lost 30? Probably not
