Do you own a "Magic Bullet"??

Sounds silly, but I use mine to make scrambled eggs. 2 pushes and the eggs are mixed up perfect, and without the slimy membranes that are hard to mix with a fork LOL.

I love the way the scrambled eggs come out. Very light and fluffy. The slimy membranes gross me out so this works great for me!

Can someone explain how they do the chicken salad? Mine never seems to work out....

I put in some grilled chicken, let it grind a bit, than add some mayo, I use Smart Beat mayo. Depending on how much the chicken is seasoned, I add a little more s&p or onion salt. I usually put in dried cranberries too.

We have one and we LOVE it!! In fact, it stays on the counter with our toaster!

With the mugs, you can make as many individual drinks as you want. All you have to do is rinse the little blade mechanism between drinks. And it all just goes on the top rack of the dishwasher, cleanup is a breeze!! So much easier than having to use a large conventional blender to do frozen drinks/shakes!! :thumbsup2

Food wise, we've only made salsa with ours, and it turned out GREAT!!
But the scrambled eggs sound lovely!! I never thought about how fluffy it would make those!! We'll have to try that! :thumbsup2

DMIL has one and uses it all of the time. She makes the kids smoothies every time they come over. If you use it a lot be careful... the other day the plastic rim came loose, fell into the magic bullet and the kids had plastic pieces in their smoothie. :scared1: I know she does put it in the dishwasher to wash it. The kids love helping make their smoothie.

Uhmmm... I'm glad you included a picture. I have friends who discuss another type of Magic Bullet :scared:

Ok....:rotfl: Glad I could help....:confused3 I am not even going to ask!

Thanks everybody for the ideas and info! It has been really helpful thus far...popcorn::

This has happened to me also LOL.

We have one and I mainly use it for smoothies. Soooo much cheaper than buying them every morning.

I have also used it to make chicken salad, blend up homemade tomato soup, and make alfredo sauce.

Could you use it to make baby food? I hate buying the stuff in the jars, and would love to just throw some fresh fruit and veggies into a blender type thing.

Absolutely! We use it to make meat safe for our toddler. If we bake plain chicken, grill plain pork chops, etc., we put chopped piece into the Bullet, and it makes a super fine grind. No choking worries, and not nasty like jarred baby meats. It liquifies soft fruits like peaches and berries, but might do a fine chop for something hard like apples. (I don't know, as my son is allergic to apples.)

I use mine all the time! I make a smoothie almost every day; oatmeal, strawberries, orange juice and milk - so yummy!

Broccoli soup is one of my favorites too - just steamed broccoli, garlic and heavy cream.

Now I'm off to google the other type of magic bullet to see what everyone is talking about......:rolleyes1

Too funny about the "other" Magic Bullett. I have a friend who highly recommends it. :goodvibes

My DGD (11 years old) asked for this for Christmas 2 years ago.. She loves it (loves to cook) and uses it all the time.. I've never tried it myself, but it looks like a pretty neat gadget..:thumbsup2

:rotfl:

I didn't know what the magic bullet was but my mind was definitely assuming something else. I couldn't imagine what kind of infomercials you were watching!! :rolleyes1
