Do you need AP when you check-in to the HRH to get rate?

A couple of question from a Texas newbie.

I booked My HRH reservation for early June with an APH rate and I'm planning to buy my AP when I arrive at the HRH.

Can you buy the AP at the hotel or do you have to go to US or IofA?
Do you need it right at check-in or can you show it to them later?
Do you only get the coupon book if you buy your AP online or do you get it at US or IofA as well?
And, I'm wondering if there's an advantage to buying the non-Florida resident AP online or just waiting until I get there.

You can show them the AP some time during your trip.
