I would suggest getting a park map when you get there. Also look online before you go and write down the different show times and coordinate a plan of attack for the shows. With the timing of the shows you can sometimes go from one show right to the next show. In slow times getting to the theater/stadium 30 minutes early gets you first pick of seats but since it is summer time you might want to get there 40 minutes early if you can fit it all in the schedule.
This is a sample of the show schedules for a random day July 12th:

In this scenario this is what I would do...(but the shows were most important to us)
I would ride one of the roller coasters first thing then head over to Blue Horizons at 9:20 for the 10 show. show ends at 10:20 head over to Clyde and Seymore for the 11 show. Show ends 11:20. Go have lunch until 12. Head over to One Ocean for 12:30 show. Show ends at 1 pm. Head over to Pets Ahoy for the 1:45 show. Show ends a little before 2:15. Ride 2 more rides until 3. Head over to Alure for the 3:30 show. It ends at 4. Ride rides until the 2 evening shows. You would need to pick either Sea Lions tonight or Shamu rocks because you really won't have time to see one then get to the other in enough time unless the park is really thinned out and not crowded that late. That gives you 20 min for rides in the morning. 45 minutes for lunch. and 4 hours in the evening for rides. All in between shows.
That's what I would do. I would plan for every show and fit rides in there as time permitted.
