Do you need a PS for counter service?

I have been reading and reading for weeks and still feel like I don't know everything.

Anyway, if I want to eat at Pizzafari or Tusker House at AK, do I need a PS for that? Thanks

No, you don't need a PS for counter service (in fact, you can't make PS's for counter service).

No, PS's/ AR's are for Table Service only. For counter service, you just get on the back of a line.
