Do you need a park admission tix for character bkfst?

We have a character breakfast reservation next week for 8am at Hollywood Studios. However, we are leaving town that day and just planned on going there for breakfast and then leaving. I just realized that this will be the first time we will not have purchased admission tix and going to a park for a breakfast. Do you need an admission tix or do they just let you in for breakfast and then leave? Not sure how they would logistically do that so I know someone here would know! (I looked for previous posts but couldn't find one but if someone could point me to a previous post on this topic, that would be great too). Thanks so much.

You need park admission to enter a park for breakfast.

Yes, you will need park admission tickets for any meal at a restaurant in a park.

(Except for Rainforest Cafe maybe and only because it has a separate entrance, I think.)

Yes, you will need park admission to go to a meal in the park....at any time of day. You could very easily add a day to your tickets. It's only a little extra.

Yup - it wouldn't cost much to add a day. Last time we went we skipped our planned Universal Day and spent $3/ticket to add a Disney Day!

I'd say keep the ressie - add a day to your tickets - and play a little (if you have time) after your breakfast!
