Do you need a LARGE reservation...900 points to rent!

We have over 900 points to rent, $11/point. Home resort is SSR but we can rent at all 7 resorts and even all the hotels (Contemporary, Polynesian, Grand Floridian, etc.).

Ellen, I'm not in the market for points, but I have been looking for information regarding using DVC points at the regular hotels. What is the rates for the on-site hotels?

It is different for each hotel, as you can imagine. It depends on the hotel, the season and the room category. In a nutshell, it ranges from 15-173 points per night needed (then multiply by dollar amount per point). I think it is better to get deals at the hotels themselves then use points, especially during the value seasons. The only place that you cannot use your points is at the Value Resorts because the DVC does not want its members to stay there.
