Do you mind checking AP best rate for me?

We haven't bought our APs yet, although we will be able to next month. In the meantime, I am having a hard time planning without knowing prices because of this new best rate plan (uugh).

If it is not too much trouble, does anyone mind checking the following for me? (Now, don't laugh because we go to Disney for so many days!) :

12/18-1/1 Pop Century standard room
1/2-1/8 Beach Club standard view

I'd love to help you out, but I'm currently unable to login to the Disney Passholders website. I've tried both my ID and my dh's, and it won't take either of them. If no one else gets back to you, I'll try again in the morning.

Laugh at you? I want to go with you! Just an FYI, when we booked our 11 day trip a few months ago, the longest period we could get AP Best Rates for was 10 days. Even after we booked and called, they were unable to modify the reservation to add extra days. I think the last day for checkin for the program was 12/19, and since we wanted to stay 12/18-12/29, we ended up booking a one night stay on 12/18, then the 10 night stay beginning on 12/19. Had we done it the other way, and booked the 10 night stay on the 18th, our last night would have been outside the checkin dates for the AP Best Rates program, and would have been at full holiday rate. Does that make sense? It looks like you'd be fine on your BC stay, but you might be hosed on the last couple of days of your POP stay.

And yes, this new program certainly has its bugs (as evidenced above), but I like it so much better than always having to call and give the CS rep every single detail about my life before they'll give me a rate.

Oh pooh about the BC! Well, I won't get too worried yet, as I have heard that perseverence is the key to getting the rate. Who knows, I might have to get a travel agent to help me out with this one. I wish I could buy those APs right now and get started, but since we are buying 6 of them (youch!) the budget is not quite ready for that yet...

That's what I got, too. But the APBR program is available for checkins on or before 12/20 (not 19, as I thought last night), so you could do a 2 night stay at the POP from 12/18 to 12/20 and then a 10 night stay from 12/20 to 12/30. Sorry about the BC. Good luck!
