DBF bought me a pasta maker (electric) and a pasta press (manual). I am super excited to have both. Now I just need recipes and advice. So what ever you have, throw it at me! How does fresh pasta work for like casseroles? Do you just cook for less time? Can you dry your own pasta? I have a food dehydrator but it just has a fan on it, no heat source. Any help is appreciated! Thanks.
