Does anyone know if you can record the stations? I am a VIP member but I am not sure if you can record.

I don't see any way to record from there, but I don't know for sure. I do love listening to all the Disney stations on there. Helps me when I need a Disney fix! My trips not for another 2 months, listening to the music helps make the time go by faster.

I've wanted to do this, too, but I haven't gotten around to trying it yet.

Maybe I'll give it a go this weekend and let you know what happens...

I have about 21 different disney stations on my favorites. My favs are the following.
1.Radio Buena Vista
2.Sorcerer Radio
3.all of the Mouseworld stations
4.Tour Guide Mike

I listen every day to most of the stations. Some play the same loop over and over. It's worth the VIP money to get access to all of the stations.

I'm sure you can. It looks like you can download the music to your computer because of the little $.99 next to each song as it plays, kind of like Napster or the Ipod Musicstore.

I think Live365 is great for your Disney fix. I listen to it all the time. :teeth: Sure there's commericals, but there's like two until you get back to Disney magic.

you're not supposed to. The live365 broadcasters are paying to broadcast to you. The money we get from VIP members listening is incredibly small. We have had over 500+ hours of VIP listening this month and only earned $2.00 towards the cost of broadcasting for this month.

All stations have continuous loops. That only changes if they have a scheduled event.

Currently MouseHouseRadio has over 33 hours of music before the loop restarts. I also switch the playlist around every week or so. That way people who listen the same time each day and or week will hear different music and not the same thing all the time.

I have no idea what other stations do about this however.

I've never seen this on Live 365, although I'm not a premium member. Does that option just appear with Premium membership? I would love to download some of the loops to my iPod, and would happily pay to do so.

Mouse World Radio is my favorite, but occasionally try a few of the others mentioned. I love it for a great Disney Fix!

Unfortunately it doesn't work that way.

If you're using Live365's player, there should be a "Buy" icon next to the song title. If you click on that, it automatically does an Amazon.com search and attempts to find commercial CDs with the song you are trying to find.

But, as you can imagine, none of the Disney theme park music or attraction recordings are available in such a format. From a practical standpoint, you really can't buy 95% of the songs / clips that play on the Disney stations being discussed.

The only items available might be the movie soundtracks and similar commercial recordings. Disney sells park music on CD at WDW, and you might be able to find some of those on eBay.

DVC Jen, your station is great. But where do you get all this music from? I listen to yours and some of the others and wonder where all the 'area music' comes from, since its on no CD I've ever seen... Just curious!

I don't listen to any 365 stations anymore. I personally love Subsonic Radio. If you sign up for the forums and post, you can acrue points to request songs! I love it. :teeth:

Here are my other ones some might want to check out.

Club WD radio
D-Magic radio
Disney Hannah's way
Disneyfan's W.O.D
DisneyRob radio
E-Ticket radio
Visions Fantastic radio
WDW radio
RadioBrat's kid radio
Intercot radio
Mousewqrld radio
Mouseworld X

The only problem with Live365 is that I can't listen to it in my car.

I have been a VIP listener there for years, as I hate commercial radio. I use it at home & at work all day long.
