When I was younger I used to give up watermelon for Lent. I didn't like it and it wasn't in season
Then I met DH and he actually used to give up watermelon for Lent - same reasons.
It was destiny.

Funny thing is - today we both like the seedless watermelon and we take Lent more seriously.
