Do You Like Plastic Jungle?

I recently purchased an electronic gift card from Plastic Jungle on Sept. 9th. Payment cleared through my bank on Sept. 12th. And as of this morning I called their customer service center because I still had not received my electronic gift card.

The fact that they sell discounted gift cards is what drew me to Plastic Jungle. In fact my first purchase was for a plastic gift card, and it was mailed to my home within 7 business days. I guess I assumed an electronic gift card would be faster in delivery. On my receipt it states that E-cards will be e-mailed within one business day. So I expected my E-card to arrive yesterday.

Customer service is looking into this for me. Have you had any bad experiences with Plastic Jungle? I'm a little weary of buying E-cards from them again after this...

I've bought regular cards from them with no problems- although they are slow

I just received 2 e-mails; one is my E-Card (yea!) and the other is a follow up from customer service.

It's a huge pet peeve of mine for my payment to clear through my bank and not have the product I ordered. However, their customer service person worked in a timely manner and they sent my E-card within a few hours of me contacting them. Great customer service!

I would be hesitant to order E-cards again......seems I have better luck with physical plastic gift cards.
