I like those too! I also love the Nature Valley Peanut Butter ones and they just came out with a Pecan one. They are very good. I don't like any of the chewy granola bars.

my favorite is the quaker q-smart bars...they're not specifically granola, but they're fairly high in protein AND low carb, so they're perfect for me (i'm almost 16 months postop gastric bypass surgery-AND minus 170 lbs!). my other favorite bar is the power crunch bar-also high protein and low carb (but no granola), plus they taste like a chocolate coated sugar wafer cookie! YUMMMMMMMMM those things are soooo addictive! when i was in high school i LOVED kudos, but that was over 16 years ago and they were pretty plain back then compared to now, lol.

I like the Quaker Chewy granola with oatmeal raisin! DH likes the smores and chocolate flavored ones... I think that misses the whole point of a "granola" bar!

When I was in elementary school (about 500 years ago), we had to "taste test" a "new" product by Nature Valley - they were granola bars. They asked us what other flavors we would like to see (at the time I believe they only had oats & honey and a cinnamon one).

All the kids wrote down CHOCOLATE.

Guess what? They must have listened.

So I guess the real question is - are granola bars healthy? I mean, I think that was their original intent, but with chocolate chips and marshmallows and all that stuff in them now, aren't they just glorified candy bars?

Only peanut butter for me.....my mom figured that one out when i called her from school asking why i had the green in stead of the orange.....i thought i had my little brothers lunch...if i did he prolly would have flipped!!

Granola is fattening so I don't think it was ever healthy.

I only like the green Nature Valley ones too, and they get my digestive system moving so fast, I don't think they could ever put any fat on me!
