Do You Like Flavored Coffee/Beans?

I love coffee, HATE flavored coffee. If I go into a quick service store (7/11, White Hen, etc) and they have multiple flavors heating, I feel like I walked into the perfume dept at Macy's a week before Valentine's Day. I get my paper or whatever I went in for and get out before I gag. If I want flavor I will have a bottle of pop.

Now, see, I hate flavored beverages of any other kind. Yuck to fruit punch, fruity pop, etc. If I drink pop, it has to be Diet Coke.

I agree with that also, Tracy. Diet Coke, Pepsi, etc is flavored to me. That is about the only pop I drink when drinking pop. I do like a Green River (Chicago boy here) maybe once a year.

I love flavored coffee, especially from Fresh Market :cloud9: Although I only like flavored beans, not the syrups, they just take away too much of the coffee flavor for me, not to mention being too sweet.

Oh I LOVE:love: Fresh Market Christmas Traditions! I love to walk through the coffee area and open all the barrel lids and sniff. :upsidedow I agree with syrups being too sweet.

I like a good coffee bean, flavored is fine, or just a decent blend or varietal, freshly ground, made in a decent cone coffee maker with cold spring water.

We got a Keurig in the office recently, and I'm completely underwhelmed. Maybe it's just model we got, but there doesn't seem to be a way to properly adjust the strength of the brew. I prefer a strong brew myself, and Keurig doesn't deliver on strength.

NYC and North Jersey people--try the ground-to-order coffee at Fairway Market. It is the best stuff on the market IMO. Each week, they feature a different kind on sale for only $4.99 or less per pound. Their Columbian Supreme makes me weak in the knees, it's so delicious. I also like their Brazilian Arabica and Sumatra Mandheling.

Believe it or not, though, their pure Kona is $34.99 per pound. They also have a Jamaican blue for $37.99. These must be the Cristal of coffee.

I'm not a huge fan of MOST flavored coffees. I have a Keurig and got the WInter Carnival(I think it's Timothy's brand) and it pretty good. I think the reason I don't like them is because most of them are medium roasts and I'm a dark roast kinda gal.
