Several years back I was at a concert and people kept coming to the guy next to me and getting his autograph, so after awhile I asked someone who he was. They said Jeff Gordon. I don't watch Nascar but knew the name. Chatted with him a bit and then at work the next day told everyone that I hung out with Jeff Gordon the night before. Then someone pointed out that Jeff Gordon was actually in another state preparing for a race that started in just a few days. Oops!

I think it's pretty funny that the guy signed autographs all night though!

Agreed on that... I would know Tango on sight (same with Steve) because I have watched WAY too much GH and spent WAY too much time swooning over him.

Me too....me too. I love how GH has Tango's Dad on sometimes, it's so fun to watch them together. And I love how Steve & Tango interact, those 2 crack me up!

ROFL!!! Ok this is funny because at my old job a guy I worked with had super long hair and it was black and curly, he would put on a top hat and people would think he was Slash, so he would sign autographs for them. LOL Also at a club I used to go to on country nights there was a guy who looked so much like Tim McGraw but he was too short....so my BFF and I would call him Tim when we noticed him and once he walked by and I said to her "Look, it's Tim McGraw" as a joke, well he heard me and turned around and said "sssshhhhhh don't tell anyone, it's our secret OK?" as if we really thought he was Tim. LOL We thought that was so funny. He really was a ringer tho, if he'd been about a foot taller he honestly could have passed himself off as Tim.

This makes me think it's no one, just someone that many folks thought was someone. My friend in college was married to a man who looked just like Nomar Garciaparra, so much so that he would gather crowds whenever he went near Fenway Park.
