I waitressed and tended bar for years and now work in retail dealing w/ cash and quite often cardboard so understand the dry hands thing all too well. The BEST I ever found is H2O+ Hand and Nail Cream. Works great and lasts! I also liked one by Clarins but can't remember the name of it. I'm sure if you asked at the Clarins counter in one of tje Dept. stores they could tell you and often even have sample tubes available to take home w/ ya. Of the drugstore brands Vaseline Healthy Hand Essentials does a pretty good job as does Nuetrogena.
