Yep! I used nothing but cloth with my 8 year old when he was a baby. There are a lot of advantages to using cloth diapers over disposable. By the time DS #2 came along though, I got too lazy to do cloth.
It's been a while but, I could do it again if I had to. Only time I stuck anyone with a pin was Myself when I changed baby bro's, Many Moons ago! (hahaha - Moons)
I used cloth diapers with both my kids. DS used them almost exclusively (just used disposable when we were going out). DD used probably half cloth and half disposable. I don't mind changing them at all.
DH thought the idea was gross at first, but didn't mind it after a while. We had special velcro diapers that were as easy to use as disposable, except you had to rinse them out.
