Do you have your tree up yet?? If so, post a pic, please!

I've been loving all the decorations, so I decided to post a pix of our tree too.
This is the tree after the day care kids did the decorating...

We have quite a few Disney ornaments so I just did pix of a couple. I usually add bows and/or ribbon to the tree, but it was looking ragtag after years of re-using the same ones so I don't have any on the tree right now. If I can find new ones I like, I'll post a new pix. It's always much prettier because the ribbon and bows tie the whole tree together.

I added one of my childhood dolls to my Disney tree display. I added youngest DS's mouse ears from our 1st trip to WDW! :goodvibes
In the 2nd photo she's holding the framed picture of my granddaughter when we celebrated her 3rd birthday at Cinderella's Castle!

This is my new flocked tree. It makes a mess but I love it. The pictures don't do it justice.

Okay, the tree is finally done! Here are a few pics. The tree actually changes colors and rotates so here's a shot of each.

Both clear and multi lights lit:

Your tree is GORGEOUS! I like LOTS of ornaments. I feel like it looks so dull and empty without tons of ornaments! :goodvibes

Gorgeous trees and home decorating!

One home (forgot which one - but you know who you are) is so stunning - it looks like a show room model home for Christmas! Breath taking!!!!!!!:goodvibes

Still nothing here - but we'll get to it..........eventually..LOL :santa:

Well, I started this thread, so I thought I would post a pic of my own even though it is nothing compared to some of these. However, I can't seem to get it to work. Is there an easy way to do this???

i do nothing normal .. was bored last couple of days..so here is my tree ...i want to put sand around the bottom with a pail.n shovel with a train going around. .. i am sure my demon cat would use it as a kitty litter box.

How did you get your tree to look like it has snow on? Buy it like that? I love it . :santa:

Hopefully I post my pics to see post soon, should be done soon. :thumbsup2

I love this thread! So many beautiful decorations!!!

I am almost done, just a few more things in the kitchen and then we can sit back and relax!

I'll start in the living room, this is the family tree with all the ornaments our girls have made over the years, vacation ornaments and our "in memory" ones

A couple of our playsets, I'm just a big kid at heart I guess cause I love this kind of stuff!

The living room overlooks the kitchen, here is the top of one side of the cupboards with the Santa collection, behind it is the Angel collection that is facing the living room

The other side of the kitchen with DD's nutcracker collection... it has outgrown her bedroom

Our Charlie Brown tree, no room anywhere else so it is in one of the powder rooms

Now the family room, our new tree for this year. I'm pretty sure I don't like the angel topper, so I will probably replace it at some point, but for now it is ok

Thank you! I wish the pictures reflected how beautiful it really is. It's a flocked tree that I just bought this year, so yes, it does come like that. It makes a mess when you take it out of the box but it's worth it.

I bought it from a placed called christmas tree for me dot com. if you look at their site they have a link for frosted & flocked trees. I had to buy it on the net because I can't find these types of trees in stores anymore. I asked a lot of questions before hand as well because I like specific colors on my tree. There are several sites that sell them. :santa:

You can also buy aerosol cans of flocking spray and flock your own artificial tree. I've seen it for sale at Michael's but I'm afraid to attempt it - I'm not very crafty and would probably spritz myself.:rotfl:

Thanks everyone for the pictures. I'm beginning to decorate today and your photos are inspirational if a bit intimidating!

OMG! Love the Disney Room! So wish I had room to turn one of mine into something like that!

My DH bought me my dream tree last year... a 6' pink Christmas tree :lovestruc

He hates it though lol. So here it is. I just bought silver holographic ornaments this year but eventually I want to make either tangerine or lime green glitter bulbs for it.

Ladies and gentlemen here is Charlie Brown's worst nightmare!

Thanks! We love it too!

I talked DH into finishing the room in the lowest level of the house 3 years ago, before that it was an unfinished/empty storage area. He kind of rolled his eyes when I said I wanted a Disney room, but heard him tell someone later on he kind of liked it. It is small, like a small bedroom but it works perfectly for us.

Love the pink tree!

I would love to share my pictures but need some help on how to do so. Can someone help me out?

Thanks

Thank you!! I agree about the ornaments! The more the merrier! I wish there were more on my tree but I had to beg, borrow, and steal some from other areas of the house. This is the first year we've had a rotating tree so naturally, all sides needed to be decorated. Usually we just stick the tree in a corner and decorate the front and sides..lol

Yea!!! I just learned how to share my photos.

This is our tree and fireplace in our living room.

Our little trees in our dining room
and in our home office

The first picture is of one of our playing mice and the second is one of my many Angels.

(sorry, I don't know how to rotate them. Just learned how to post the pictures.)

SweetPea, how did you finally get them to post...I am still having trouble.
