Okay, I guess I'll be the first! This is the Disney Tree I put up in my bedroom. I always put it up first so I can have a bit of a rest before putting the rest of my decorations up.

Mine is going up on Tuesday or Thursday. My tree is really too small but it is so easy put up and decorate that I hate to go to something bigger! If and when I do, I think I'll this one in my bedroom.

Our tree will go up after the Thanksgiving meal.

Actually, my dh usually puts the tree up and the lights on it during the day while I'm cooking. Then after the Thanksgiving meal is cleaned up and put away, we turn on the Christmas music, make some hot chocolate and all decorate the tree together. It's our families official start to the Holiday season.

Then after the kids go to bed I pull out the Black Friday ads and figure out my plan of attack for the next day.

Haven't gotten to the tree yet, but I did spend this past week putting the lights on the house. Finally finished it tonight. I start to tackle the inside of the house on tomorrow.

We put up the outside lights last weekend when it was relatively nice outside. Would've put the tree up this weekend but we're having hubby's BFF and family in town along with a bunch of their HS friends/families, and our house is a bit small (and there will be some small children here) so I didn't want to take up the space or worry about one of the little ones getting hurt with an ornament or anything, so it will probably go up Black Friday or Saturday at the latest!

I told DH I was not going to put a tree up this year because of our big move, but you guys are making me miss my Disney ornaments. I have a tiny fake tree that I might dig out to make me feel better.

I usually do the tree on Black Friday (rather than facing the mad crowds).

I always used to put my tree up the weekend after Thanksgiving. But I had DD last December. I decided that I don't want Christmas to over shadow her birthday so we won't put up our tree until after her birthday on the 7th. I figure I should start as I mean to go so we get new traditions this year. I cannot wait to get our yearly ornaments!

We will put out tree up this weekend. I am going to do something a little different. I saw it in Marthas Stewart magazine for holiday cookies. It was an advertisement but I loved it. It did not have garland, they ran ribbons vertically from the top of the tree to the bottom.

It was sold as a ring for 79.00 lol I am going to make it myself. I can't wait to try it. I have never seen anything like it so I am thrilled to do something a little different.

The guy we buy our tree from said he was cutting tomorrow and would open next week! We might put up our smaller Perler bead tree in the next couple of days.
