Do you *have* to use Disney's linens?

I found some table linens and chair covers that I really love, but they're from an online rental place (they ship them where you direct, then you ship them back in prepaid FedEx duffles). Would Disney put these out for us? (I assume they would charge us to do this.)

Anyone had any experience with this? TIA!! :goodvibes

You can use an outside vendor for linens, Disney usually doesn't touch anything from an outside vendor...we are using BBJ Linens and have my outside florist setting up our linens for us, if we didn't have her we would of probably had a family member help us out with that. Also, with BBJ Linens you have the option of having them ship it you and you can ship it back to them when ur done or have them deliver it to you the day of and pick it up after the reception is over. One more thing, if you don't mind paying a little more BBJ Linen will set the linens and break them down for you as well.

Okay, that helps. It's kind of what I figured. And I've looked at BBJ ... they have some lovely things!

I wish Disney had a little more variety, I guess. And it seems that while they have one color in tablecloths, they won't have it in matching chair covers ... I'm feeling a little muddled and I was hoping to have some firm ideas about what I want before we go down for our PS. I hate having to make decisions under pressure, LOL! ;)

I love BBJ linens, they have so many styles and if you can't find what you want they'll custom make it for you and their prices are awesome.

Disney's chair covers and bows go for $10.50ea, if you would like chiavari chairs, google A Chair Affair in central Florida, they are doing our chairs which are $7.50ea.

If you are considering an outside florist, I'm using Atmospheres Floral & Decor, she has so many great ideas and her prices are amazing, Disney would have charged me double then what she is charging me.

Let me know if you need any other info...:thumbsup2

Thank you!! :goodvibes We're probably going to use an outdoor venue so I'll have to use Disney for at least our ceremony, and I'm planning to do the centerpieces for our reception myself (we'll see how that goes! LOL).

I used BBJ and they were the only ones honest about prices, they have been around for over 25 years and I did not want to trust my big day to a random place that had not been around for that long...because....I had made that mistake before....every dollar counts when I was planning my wedding....I once went with a chair cover place that was "cheaper" in the end it was not....the chair covers were not all the same shade of pink...some look like they had not been washed....there was no quality control...and there was nothing I could do i was so embarrassed then....there were a few hidden fees that were added in so the chair covers that appeared to be cheaper cost me much more in the end....( it was very upsetting to have guests sitting on chairs that i thought were gross!!!)
