Do you have to pay to get into & park at Citywalk???

A friend and I will be heading down to FL for a quick trip and will be staying on International Drive... wondering if Citywalk would be a fun thing to do on a non-park day.
I have been to Downtown Disney before, which offers free parking and admission.... wondering if the same goes for Citywalk.

It is free parking after 6 pm.

The clubs have a cover charger after a certain time, like 10pm or so.

But if you want to visit for free and go to a restaurant, arrive at 6pm. Margaritaville is very popular. For most restaurants, the most busy time is 8pm. If you show up at this time, the wait will be one hour. They'll give you a beeper and you can walk around and get a few drinks, but try to get there right at 6pm if you want to beat the crowd.
