Do you have Photoshop?

My son has been in a Tech class in High school and is 15 and using Photoshop CS3 in that class and asked me if we could get it for him. I have no problem with it even though the cost is soooo high but he is into making computer games and graphics and wants to head that way as for a career.

I have been looking and there is also CS4 ....do you have either one and do you like the one you have?

Based on prior upgrades, I would say that 99.9% of the commands and functions can be learned on CS3 and then applied to CS4.

In other words, I dont advise paying extra for CS4 at this point.

But you might be able to download a trial of CS4 from the Adobe website, usually they are fully functional but with a 30 day time trial.

Yes, in my case it has more than paid for itself.

I admit I am only on CS2 on my home computer but have used CS3. I have noticed that the upgrades to the most recent one (I have been using Photoshop for many years) ususally isn't worth it. I remember jumping from 6 to CS2 and it was still very easy for me to use.

Not quite as recent as you would like but I hope that helps
