Do you have "Handbag disease"?

OMG do I have handbag disease? YES! I adore shoes, too, but I'm obsessed with handbags. I have so many, and I use them all. I'm constantly changing them, due to my mood, what I'm wearing, the season, what's on TV tonight etc. I have only two real designer bags, my pristine-still-the-dustbag Christian Dior (with matching mule pumps), and a Kate Spade. I have a few Isaac Mizrahi bags which I bought when he was on the fashion line, and paid big bucks, and now he designs for Target so I can save a lot of money. I've always like his handbag style. I also like Prada bags, but I can't see spending so much money on a handbag. The most I ever paid was $370 for the Dior, and that was a steal. Now I usually pay an average of $30 for my handbags. Here are some that I love.

This one is a vintage, but the designer's name escapes me at the moment. I freaked out when I saw it in a thrify shop, got it for $10, and it's worth $150!

OMG! Love them all! I am budget challenged so I don't have any Prada. But I did just buy a Juicy dog bag to carry my new chihuahua in! She has a way better bag than I do!

I love purses but I'm a purse snob- I prefer to use only my D&B , Coach and Brahmin purses, wallets and wristlets. I do have others but I rarely use them. My mom is my enabler (and the one who started the addiction) and the one who usually buys them for me so that DH can't really say anything, though he keeps forbidding her to buy me anymore (which obviously works so well- she got me another D&B for Christmas ! ).

I am addicted to them but I won't spend much on them. I am always shopping at thrift stores and clearance racks looking for new additions! I got a REAL Kate Spade at a thrift store once in AWESOME condition for $3.00. I had it inspected and sure enough it was real!

I adore Coach and Fossil bags, but I have to say I surprised myself.

I went to one of the Coach outlets in Orlando. I left without buying anything Actually didn't buy anything at Fossil either.


Acutally I did look at a duffel bag but I couldn't justify buying it at the price when I don't use a duffel bag but maybe 3 times a year. However while at WDW, I bought a couple of shirts in the resort gift shop and for 20.00 I got a Mickey rolling duffle not quite a Coach but hey no more than I'll use it 20.00 dollars and wheels overide 224.00.

I love purses. I don't spend much money on clothing or shoes, but I love a nice handbag. I have a Coach outlet about 45 minutes from me, so I am there about 2 - 3 times/year. I also love D&B, my Macy's has them on sale occasionally, and I love the outlet in Orlando. Brighton is my other weakness, my DMIL used to be able to get them for 1/2 price at her golf pro shop with her membership discount. I have purchased a couple of vintage bags from Ebay, and have actually given a couple of them away. The only purse I have purchased that was not discounted was my first bag after I got my first real job..It was a very small D&B drawstring for $195. I can't pay designer prices, but if I see a deal, look out!

I am also not above buying a WalMart bag. In fact one of my favorites ($13!) came from Walmart, and another favorite came from TJ Maxx.

I am a Total Purse-A-Holic !!! However, im a "thrifty" purse a holic I dont buy designer bags because I buy so many.. My purses have to be $10 and under.. I love, love, love Kohls and tend to get many purses there..

I even have an entire closet just for purses

I am a designer handbag addict. preferably LV...but like Kate Spade, Gucci, Michael Kors, and more.

I also love Vera bags..all shapes and sizes. they are so fun and affordable. I like to get the new colors and they are great for travel.

I frequent the purse blog forums religously. very dangerous if you love designer bags

I was born the same way. I usually carry a backpack so I have somewhere to put my grandkids diapers when we go out. I do own a purse because my DD made me buy it. I own one pair of shoes and 3 pairs of sneakers. My DD has a purse for every occasion and they have to match her shoes and outfits. She even has a designer diaper bag. She didn't get it from me.

I Love Purses.. always have always will.

Yesterday my mom went out and i bought her a cute dooney and burke purse that she loves so much... and a cute fossil wallet to go in it.

I bought a pretty pewter purse, and i love it.

when i was a little girl i would lay and look at my mother's town and country magazines.. i loved the purses within. And so when i got my first chanel purse.. i was in heaven.. i love chanel. Everything about it..the soft soft leather.. the rich colors.. the details.. the tissue it's wrapped in..the beautiful black boxes.

I also have a L.A.M.B. purse by Gwen Stefani.. it's red and while i love the style..it's HEAVY...very structured.

It's great to find a vintage purse like Aisling mentioned.. something really special about that. I LOVE that one Aisling posted.. the red one..what a treasure!

Every now and then i go through my purses and share them with the girls at work. One night we all went out to celebrate a birthday of a co worker.. and all the purses the girls were carrying were ones i gave them.. it was so funny!

I think I've spread the purse disease.

I love my coach bags! I have all coach and one prada....I am going over to the destin coach outlet in the morning and buying a new baby!!!!
