Do you have a scented candle burning?

Right now I'm burning a Home Interiors candle, I think it's Pineapple and sandlewood, or something similar. It's a discontinued scent, but I love it. I also have a Honeydew that hasn't started yet.

Yankee Clean Cotton. . . I might cry if they ever discontinue this scent. SO clean and fresh.

Banana Bread is burning at my house. My husband works second shift and hates when i burn anything that smells like food. He always comes home expecting to find something delicious smelling waiting for him.

I'm burning cinnamon chai now. It's a Wood Wick candle. They have wooden wicks that "cackle" as they burn. The sound is so soothing-I love to have a Wood Wick candle burning while I read.

The cinnamon chai scent is very strong which is good since I have two smelly dogs!

I'd like to look into the oils.

I love Harvest and Home Sweet Home. I like the Fall scents best. I also like Seaside Holiday but it's gone. I keep checking the YC sale to see if they put someone, they did last time and I bought a few!

Fall scents are my favorite too (I loved Autumn Wreath!!)- but I have a weird hang-up about burning scents "out of season."

In the kitchen I have Yankee Buttercream and in the living room its the Yankee Very Berry Swirl which is Buttercream and Strawberry swirled. At work I have been burning a Key Lime Pie tart but I think I might change it tomorrow.

I love Yankee Buttercream. Never heard of Very Berry Swirl. I MUST have it!!!!

No scented candles in our house.

Of the few allergies I have, strong fragrances are the worst. I can't even walk by a Yankee Candle Store without wheezing.

That's a shame. I also have allergies to fragrances. But luckily (or not) they are skin allergies. So there are very few products I can use on my skin.

I love scented candles and used to burn them. But when I started blowing black soot out of my nose (sorry to be gross), I thought that I'd better not burn them anymore.

I have used a candle warmer instead. I seem to find that much better. And you don't have to worry about any open flames.

I use the clay pots. It has a spot for a tea candle and I usually use a bit of water (not tap water though) and put several drops in. I love Young Living Oils as their blends are incredible. I love two of them especially - one called Joy, and another called Abundance. I'll often use Lavender.

I don't use tealight candles anymore. I had one that the wax all melted (normal) and then entire thing caught on fire. I couldn't get it out. Someone else finally got it out, but not without burning himself.
Those things can be dangerous.
