Do you have a MySpace or Facebook page and how old are you?

I´m 30 and have a Facebook page which I use actively. I also have an old MySpace account which I only use to be able to view other people´s pages.

I dont really use them. I login in occasionally to Facebook (most of the people I went to HS are on there) and just kinda snoop around.

MySpace on the other hand, I use more often, but again - not really that much, and more for snooping....on my kids, and their friends.

I'm 41 and that's why I have a myspace account too!

I do have some friends on there, but mostly it's just for checking out my kid's page.

Yes - I did it to be able to update pics of DD for family to see. Sometimes it takes forever to up load & e-mail pics on AOL. My page is private so no internet predators can see it.

I also did it to snoop on my nieces and nephews.

I'm 29 and have both. I prefer MySpace, I guess, but don't really care much for either. I mostly keep it to stay in contact with my cousins. I'm really bad about emailing! lol.

I, too, use it to snoop on my son. It's interesting because it's not necessarily "snooping" because he knows I see everything he posts. So it's more of a way to force him to censor himself which he should be doing anyway. Make sense?

Funny thing - his girlfriend just sent me a friend request. And now she has me as a top 10 friend (out of 200 some "friends") DS pointed this out to me last night, apparantly this is a big deal ....he called me into the room to show me .

It's a fun little thing. Certainly my whole life doesn't revolve around it like it does for these kids. But it's a cool way to keep in touch with bands I like. I won VIP tickets to see a concert one time through Myspace, that was cool. I have an interesting Dis friend or 2 on there also, you know who you are.

I am registered at Facebook, but I have never set up a page.

DH is registered at MySpace.

I couldn't care less about either. Just not very big on trolling sites for old friends, and I don't have kids to monitor.

I am registered at LinkedIn, but I did that mostly so I could send my DH an invite so he can broaden his employment opportunities/schmooze.

I started FaceBook about that time and I go on that pretty much every day.

I am 47 and have a Facebook page. It has been so much fun catching up with old high school and college friends who also have facebook pages. I traveled with Up With People in the 80's and lots of people I traveled with also have Facebook pages so it is a nice way to continue friendships made long ago.

My nieces and nephews all have pages, and Facebook has been wonderful for letting me keep up with them. Non of them live close by, so chatting on Facebook keeps us close and in touch.

Facebook is a very fun thing!
