things to do before you 'kick the bucket'

Yes. I want to finish my book. I want to finish mapping my ancestry. I want to visit the UK with my daughter. Of course, I'd like to do more than that, but I'll be content if I manage to complete those things.

Yep, summer of 08' I was lucky enough to actually "kick" 2 things off of
the list:
-- Seeing a Stanley Cup Final game in person (Detroit vs. Pittsburgh)
-- Visiting Gettysburg

That only leaves me with about..........58 more things;)

I don't think I do. I've travelled a lot in my youth and I still travel when I can now, work allowing.

I've pretty much done and have seen everything I've wanted to do and see. Everything now is just icing on the cake and I'm just 40. Go me!

More a travel list than anything:

Would like to visit:
- Britain and Italy
- Grand Canyon and Monument Valley
- Florida Keys
- New England in the Fall

- Learn to ride a motorcylcle so that DH and I can start taking road trips.

Yes!!!!

Few I have done:

Run a marathon
Help deliver a foal
Ride a tractor
Kayak in the ocean
saved a neighbor's life

Things still to be done:

Hike the Grand Canyon
raise 2 productive members of society :goodvibes
mission trip

There are several things I would like to do in life, but there are only a few that I have made it to my bucket list:

1) run a half marathon
2) sing a solo in front of people
3) go on a mission trip to another country

We call my list the Death List--which sounds morbid, doesn't it? It's the 100 things to do before I die. I always say I can't die until the list is empty. As I do things, or decide I don't want to do things, they come off the list and get replaced with other items. I guess that means I never plan to die!

Sort of but I haven't even made a dent into anything I want to do!
1.) Travel (Out of the U.S. France, England, Greece, Italy and Australia. In the U.S. New York, Las Vegas and Seattle).
2.) Write a book or have an article published.
3.) This one's cheesy-Fall in love and get married but, if it's not meant to happen there's nothing I can do about it.
4.) Live in Paris (for at least a year).
5.) Be an extra in a movie.
6.) See a TV Show live. ( I think Saturday Night Live would be really neat.)
7.) Learn to cook like my grandma.
There's probably more but, this is all I can think of right now.

Hmm, no I don't. I would like to make one though, just to get me started doing things (I'm sort of in a five year rut, what with recovering from depression and all that fun stuff).

Hmm, lets see.....

-Send myself to WDW (in progress :thumbsup2 )
-Have my own show at a prominent gallery
-Start selling drawings/paintings professionally
-Start showing and breeding fancy goldfish and HM/HMPK bettas
-Write one of my silly stories and send it to a publisher for a laugh
-Have a koi pond
-Have a saltwater, aquascaped, and african cichlid tanks at one point or another.

Yes, quite a few...

1. Visit NYC. (I've only been to the airport!)

2. Fly on a 747 (Either for work or travel... I am a flight attendant.)

3. A roadtrip through California... starting in San Diego, then visiting Joshua Tree, Los Angeles, Yosemite, Redwood, and Lake Tahoe... and perhaps finishing up in San Francisco.

4. Hawaii.

There are more, but it is too late to think of them!

Yep. I have a bucket list. My family and friends often make suggestions for my list. I took one item off the list - ride a Harley, and it was my very first time on a motorcycle. Next item to go off the list will be parasailing at Disney's Castaway Cay next month. I'm hoping for perfect weather that day.

Not really a bucket list but more of a top ten
Write a book
Hug a panda
See the pyramids
Those kinds of things

only thing i dont think i'll get to do is ring the bell at the NY stock exchange
but that’s why we make these lists …to find a way

My bucket list is mostly travel:

Germany (I need to visit Neuschwanstein)
Alaska (preferably when I can see the Northern Lights)
California
Yosemite, Yellowstone, Mt. Rushmore
Maine/New England in the fall

See my boys go out on their own and be productive members of society
See my grandchildren grow up (I can't control this, but hopefully my boys will get married and have kids)
RETIRE and either volunteer at the library or hospital or work part-time at Barnes & Noble or JoAnn's

I probably should make once since I was told I have stage 4 cancer this year. But I dont. hmm, maybe see a few places and see my 3 ds get married and maybe a grandchild.

I think that wont happen anytime soon though, since the oldest is only 21. At first the dr. said I would see my ds get married etc. He is not saying that anymore. Well I know one thing that wont be on my bucket list, and I already told the dis breast cancer sisters this...go to a clothing optional beach like 2 of my ds have this summer. :rotfl2:
