Do You Gu, Which Gu Do You Do?

Gu user here, I have found for me that I cannot take an entire packet at one time. I get half packet then take the rest at about the next 30 min mark. I start at mile 4 of the LRs. Because I am very slow the second half of the packet turns out to be the next 2 mile mark actually. It is not as messy since I've learned by practicing to keep the sticky off my fingers. If it is very hot, I have found that Endurolytes have helped me a lot and I don't lose the energy if I take those tablets.
