Do you get nervous before you leave?

I am nervous but in a "giddy with excitment, counting the days, making lists and planning like a crazywoman way". This will be out first trip to WDW (me, DH and DS) and there are just so many details to keep track of, things that can go wrong, things to decide and plan that I am going loopy but all in fun anticipation. We are 39/38 days out and we just received our park hopper passes so everything is getting a bit more real now and even DH is excited! I was so happy opening our package of tickets today, it took all the restraint I posess to not jump up and down screaming "we're going to disney worldddddd!!!" okay so maybe I jumped once, but I didn't scream, it was more of a shriek

What a great post! Just telling DH the other night that I am starting to feel a little nuts. The vacations we're used to are long weekends no further than one state away - or country, as we visit Niagara Falls since we live so close. We sure didn't need more than one suitcase. This time it's 12-days on the silver-plan. IN LESS THAN 36 DAYS!!! OH MY GOSH!! Where did the last 9-months go?? I've read the 19 guidebooks I bought until their dog-eared and researched on the internet until my fingers spasm and DH has to give me a hand and arm massage - well, that's what I let him think - he know's what I'm doing is important. I've had a lot of fun planning this trip but I've planned so long it was almost unreal. DH tells me not to worry but since his sole job on this vacation is carrying the bags out to the car I tend not to listen to him. This trip may be tough for him thou since we will have 6 pieces of luggage this time, not only 1. Well, all our PS's are made (including cindy's castle and an illuminations cruise), I'll be getting my first professional massage at the GF, and we're staying on sight. The nervous anticipation is killing me - but it feels SO GOOD!!
