Do you get alcoholic drink with dining plan at buffets

We have got the dining plan and plan to eat at tusker house and Garden Grill where drinks are included with the buffet cost.

Will I also be able to have an alcoholic drink as part of the dining plan?

Adults get one alcoholic drink with their meal. Buffet's/AYCE restaurants were a question mark, especially towards the beginning of the year. There is a thread that is full of people's experiences using the 2018 DDP. You might want to check it out. It will definitely give you a feel of what to expect. Have a great trip!

Do not expect two beverages. You get a beverage on the plan

If you get an alcoholic drink and then order a non alcoholic drink expect to pay for it.

We were at both in late January/early February with the dining plan and did get an alcoholic beverage with the buffet as part of the dining plan.
