The problem with faking it is that you sometimes keep getting more the unwanted item that way!

I have one client who's been with us for years. As in well over a decade. On one tour (several years ago) she saw me buying Eternity at the duty free. I don't wear perfume that often, but I like Eternity and decided to pick some up. That Christmas she decided to give me a present - yep, it was Eternity. I of course thanked her very much for her kindess and generousity, and she made a point of saying she got it for me because she knew how much I liked it. And then for my birthday - Eternity. Every year, for about 5 years running, I would get Eternity twice a year. At one point I had 7 unopened bottles!

In 16 years together and 13 years of marriage, DH has NEVER gotten me anything I don't like for Christmas or any other holiday.
