I enjoy it, and on a scale of 1 - 10, I would rate myself a 9 ( as a non professional ).

I love it. It's my favorite thing to do. Even as a little kid, I would check cookbooks out of the libarary, although no one would let me in the kitchen.

I'd say I'm pretty good; I'm probably a better baker, though.

I love to cook. I wish my kitchen was bigger, and/or better organized. I also wish I had a little man named Pepe who would go behind me and clean up the mess:goodvibes

I need a little man behind me to clean up too!

I don't care to cook but I love to bake. I don't do much of it anymore because I always gets interrupted - dogs, phone, doorbell, etc.

I love to cook, bake & decorate

I don't get to do it all that often, since DH, DS & I are on a somewhat different schedules.. But even my chili, I make unique, and leave the pot on the stove so when they get home they smell it and eat it..

I don't like to cook but I LOVE to eat good food.

DH really enjoys cooking--he is encouraging me to cook with him once a week and we're enjoying cooking healthy, yummy food, but I think once a week is my max. The rest of the time we make easy things like panninis, burritos, pasta with shredded cheese and veggies, etc.

I don't like to cook but alas i have too or no one would get to eat :lmao:

but my dh will try when i am sick or I get home late and stuff

everyone says how wonderful my cooking is - I had to "fix" the stew that dh tried to make a while back - I have to admit that I am good at it just hate to do it if that makes since :confused3

Yea well cheermom...I love to cook, good at it however I am sick of the food I make.:lmao:

The reflux, dietary issues and pickiness drive me up the wall.

I don't like doing things I'm not good at, and I'm not very good at cooking. So, I'm one of those that does it because I have to. But I do make a very good lasagna and chili.

I hate cooking but luckilly I am not a huge fan of eating either so it doesn't matter. I am avery picky eater, plus a vegetarian, so I am a little limited. I am not a terrible cook, but I am certainly not great. I avoid cooking at all costs. I tend to eat a lot of peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, cereal, and spaghettios

I can but I absolutely HATE it!!!! I like to bake though. I don't know why!:confused3

I don't particularly enjoy cooking but I'm a good cook and I love eating. ;) Both of my parents were fabulous cooks and I learned from them but always preferred to have someone else cook FOR me. When I moved out of the country when I was 22, I was forced to really do the cooking instead of stopping by my parents' house whenever I got hungry. :rotfl: My dad would always get really tickled to have someone to cook for so he encouraged all his kids to stop by the house whenever we wanted a homecooked meal.

Quick answer: I kind of like to cook. :upsidedow

I like to cook simple, quick, & healthy dishes. I'd rather spend the time with my family. I'm not fond of really involved recipes. I'm looking for some new recipes to rotate. I'm tired of the things we've been eating.

My mom is the worst cook in the world and I'm pretty good. I think she just doesn't like to cook and I do. She always preferred cleaning to cooking when I was little :scared1: . Different strokes, lol!!!

I'm not a good baker though. I wish I were!

I answered that I liked to cook and was good at it, but to be honest, I love to cook when I have the time to make what I want. Right now I just have the time to get a quick meal on the table and I really don't enjoy that. I hope at sometime I will be able to actually cook again and not just throw a meal together.

I love to cook and bake, but no gourmet here DH is a picky eater.

I used to enjoy cooking/baking when my boys were little, but once they got older and pickier, it's too difficult - oldest DS is allergic to nuts, which isn't too bad to work around. But oldest DS loves chicken and hates fish. Youngest DS hates chicken and loves fish. I'm trying to watch my weight. DH will eat anything as long as he doesn't have to cook, but I'm so burned out with trying to please everyone.

I hate it. It's not only cooking, but everything that goes along with it. Figuring out what you're going to make, making sure you have everything you need, shopping, planning for a week or at least a couple days at a time. :sad2: No thanks! I take all the short cuts I can! :thumbsup2
