your corn on the cob north to south or west to east?? I thought of this because I'm watching King of Queens. :lmao: Oh, and I was raised eating mine west to east, but then converted to north to south after I got married. :teeth:

Defintitely west to east. And hubby has a weird corn habit - he always counts the rows as he eats, hoping to find an odd number some day. So far, they've always been even. :rotfl2:

I don't much care for corn on the cob, but when I do eat it, it's west to east.

And BTW: Did you know there are 16 rows on the average ear of corn? Just a little tidbit, for ya! :thumbsup2

Great, now I will have to start counting the rows on my cobs. I will not have to explain this other than to say, "It's a DIS thing." :rotfl:

East to west. My son, however, is a different story!

However I feel like at the moment. I'm very non-committal about my corn on the cob eating habits.

You're kidding, right?? I can't imagine not being consistent in how you eat your corn. :confused3

:rotfl: Where are those things that you put in the end of the cobs?? What are those called anyway?? I just asked my husband and got a puzzled look and then he said, "Ear husk prickers." :rotfl2: I think they're called corn cob holders. :confused3

I spiral my way west to east, leaving a number of kernals remaining for my cat Bessie; she goes NUTS over corn on the cob!

We always call them "the corn thingies", but I think "ear husk prickers" is going to have to be the new gold standard. :rotfl2:

I'm also very inconsistent with my Oreos!

Corn cob nobs. At least that's what Pampered Chef calls them!

We eat it west to east - left to right, just like you would read a page. And I butter it row by row, only buttering the row I am eating next!
