Do you cry?

Can I help it if I look good? :p :smooth: :p

I don't cry very often. But I completely lost it last week at class day when all the seniors came in in their caps and gowns. I had a ton of senior friends, and seeing them as soon to be graduates was really depressing. My friends were sitting around me and looked at me like I had 10 heads. They had never seen me cry before.

Yes very easily...came in handy when I was in Drama in HS.

I hardly ever cry but I will admit that the end of Big Fish made me blubber.

I became a "crier" once I became a parent. Not sure what happened there but I am very emotional now and I can't watch shows like ER anymore because I feel awful after them. I always cry when I argue which really stinks because no one takes you seriously with a runny nose and a bright red face!

Dan Murphy's posts often get me  .

Just on Father's day a bit teary/choked up.... was reading card from SSB's daughter, and could not finish reading out loud... "there has never been a daughter, who loves her father, more than I love you...".... even now a bit teary... haha!

I never use to but now for some reason it has gotten easier.

I used to not cry too much, now I cry at the drop of a hat. Actually mainly at commercials...I'm a sap. The Master Card commercial with the lost dog....I cry every time I see it. It's pretty bad! I fear what will happen if I ever get pregnant.

Rarely if ever. I have to be beyond upset and it has to affect me personally....

My mom and sister say I am insensitive. I do care about things and do get sad but I don't cry...

Men are "allowed" to cry if the situation is 1. sports realted or 2. war related!

But they are not allowed to cry any other time!

Around Xmas time the tv movie "The Christmas Shoes" was on and people I work with were talking about it and they were getting misty just talking about it! But I wasn't! I was making fun of it! Its just so darn corny!

I hate movies that try so hard to make you cry. It just makes me want to do the opposite- LAUGH at it!

I hate when people cry in the work place! I work with a lady who fights with her BF on the phone all of the time, and wants to cry on everyones shoulder afterward. She drives me nuts! Can't they fight at home?

My husband would say I cry all the freakin' time.

I have gotten more common with it lately, but I have been going through alot of health related issues, and my body is just worn down... it's just sometimes easier to just sob for awhile and get it out.

I think I cry a normal amount of time, when I'm healthy... not all the time, like my mom, but when it's appropriate...

My DH also doesn't get why I would WANT to cry... it helps me release emotions and deal with things. I always feel better after a good cry and pity party =)

It's funny to hear people saying that lately they've been crying more easily. Me too!
When I was a kid there were several deaths in my family including my father. I became almost stone cold and while I found things sad I rarely cried. My children have only seen me cry twice and both times I was on the verge of a breakdown.
However, ever since Reagan died, I've been crying nearly every day. It must be my huge release mechanism since I'm completely stressed out right now.

doesn't take much to make me cry... I'm very sensitive!

I never used to cry much in public. Although Disney parades and shows have always made me cry against my will - something about the music (I'm helpless against music in the key of Disney).

Since my mom passed away, though, I cry at the slightest little thing. I've been... how shall I say?... emotionally fragile. You should have seen me at Disneyland during the fireworks a couple weekends ago. Thankfully, I was standing a bit apart from the rest of my party. Blubbering like a fool. It was the first time I'd stood and watched since my mom died. The last thing we did at Disneyland together was watch the fireworks and the holiday snow afterward.

Anyway... yes, I cry all the time now. Embarassing, really. :o Uh oh... here I go again... **Happy thoughts - happy thoughts**
