I was not much of a crier until I started to go thru menopause. Now, I can cry at the drop of a...Hallmark card! LOL
But in my case, I think part of my lack of crying was unnatural and a learned lesson from my upbringing. My father used to mock me for crying or being angry or in short, showing any 'negative' emotion. He even mocked me for crying ONE TEAR at my own mother's funeral.
So while I don't like how easy it is for me to cry now due to hormones, I don't think the way I was before was healthy either.
