We will be a party of 6 one of which will only be 8 weeks old and will not be eating and will probably be held but we might need to bring in the carrier if it is sleeping so do I make my party size based of the # people eating or would I still count the infant?

for dining include the baby as one of the "People". they will still need to make space and room for the baby and carrier.
