Do you celebrate your dating anniversary?

I have no idea when our first date was! We met sometime in March, and went on a date sometime in May of that year, I think.

So obviously, no, we don't celebrate it since we don't even know when it is.

No we do not celebrate our dating anniversary because three months after we met we were married so we just celebrate our wedding anniversary :cool1: :rotfl:

We did when we were dating. But it's always a special day in the family anyway, it's my nephews birthday.

We try to. Meaing a "date night", but rarely presents or cards. Our dating anniversary is in April. Our wedding anniversary is at Thanksgiving time, so it often gets lost.

We celebrate the anniversary of our first date (Nov 8, 1996), the day he proposed (March 17, 1997) and the day we were married (April 11, 1998). The first date and proposal anniversary are really just a dinner out kind of celebration...our wedding anniversary is when we exchange gifts and cards.

May 25th... still remembered here. It really was just as important to us for a long time (since we met our first year in college and held off until completion for us to be married) as any other date. We don't really do much, but if the timing is right, we'll go out to dinner that night. So not quite as important as the wedding date to us, but always remembered and noted. I guess when you celebrate that anniversary for so long it's hard to drop ;) We'll be together 10 years (married for 5) this coming May :)

November 29, 1993. We will be together for 12 years this year and even though we have a wedding anniversary, this day is still special. We usually go out to dinner.

We met on Sweetest Day -- a blind date, never-the-less! We also got engaged on that day (1 yr. later). Since it's Sweetest Day, we might go out to a movie but we don't "celebrate" it in a big way! However, that doesn't mean I think it's wrong to celebrate an anniversary of a first date!!!!

Oh, you better believe it! June 10th! That's also the day we got engaged!!! Married for 14 years... together for 21!!!!! Makes me sound so old BUT we were HS sweethearts!

Nope, we don't celebrate it. We know it was March-ish but neither one of us remembers the date. I also don't remember the date he proposed. I do remember where we went though! That ought to count for something.

Apparently, I'm hopelessly unromantic. :teeth:

DH and I have always celebrated the anniversary of the day we met....15 years ago on October 25th. We usually just have a special night out alone, but we've scheduled a couple of our Disney trips to coincide with the date. If it's important to you, don't feel bad about celebrating it. DH and I sure don't. :)

It usually just warrants a mention around here, but since this coming April will be 20 years since we met, it may get more than a mention!! Since we didn't marry until 6 years after we met, I hate to just "forget" those 6 years!................P

We celebrate the day that DH asked me to be his girlfriend. Although we just got married this past July and he tried to say we didn't have to celebrate the dating anniversary anymore. He still made me a card and we went out to eat.

Yes. Pretty close to Valentines day, and my birthday, so they all get mixed together.

We celebrate our "Meeting Anniversary". We met online in Jan 1995, so we have a special dinner and watch "You've Got Mail" every year :teeth: Our wedding anniv is in June and DH is a contractor, so he's a lot more relaxed in January, so that's the one we make the bigger deal of.
