I might be crazy, but I may have even knocked down just the 5-pin. That doesn't seem very fair

Incidentally, to give everyone an idea of how hard candlepin bowling is, the last time I checked, the record high score in one string was 244. I had a 112 once

I had only seen "regular" bowling until I visited my wife's relatives in Maryland. They took us to go Duck Pin bowling. I was freaked to see such a small ball with no holes; the few times I ever bowled I always used a 13-15lb ball.

If I recall, there was not much pin action in Duck Pins; what you hit was pretty much what you got. Although, I'm sure you Yankees that do it regularly do much better.

My six year old is going bowling at a birthday party for the first time this Saturday.
