Do you adjust your clippies/siggie?

I was just curious how many of you adjusted your clipart and the weights or losses in your siggie when you gain? I know I am quick to make a change when I lose, but a little slower when I gain. Normally I wouldn't change my clippie or my siggie thinking it will only be temporary, but I have decided to make myself more accountable, I gained 1.4# this week, so I have adjusted everything accordingly.

Okay.... I will admit it..... I don't adjust my clippie up.

I guess my thought is that changing my clippie down is motivational, but changing it up isn't?

I think I just might take out my "current weight" since it bounces so much between 136 and 139. I'll just stick to "goal" as long as my new pants keep fitting!!! hee hee!

Ummm, you've caught me.

I do adjust up if I've been good and it goes up. However if I've cheated and i KNOW it's just temporary water weight I don't adjust it unless I'm up for days. Likewise, I don't adjust for pre-TOM water gain.

If the number in my siggie is lower than my actual weight, I try harder to get back to that lower number quick, so my siggie is accurate. Does that make any sense??

I have to admit, that since I started doing this, it is a little sad seeing the higher number, but I keep thinking it will keep me on track....I don't want to go down a clippie size, so I have to stay on track!

I certainly don't! I would be changing it every week!! I usually maintain to right around where my clippie is at, so no worries here!

This is the way I see it, if you finally fit into a size 12 pair of jeans and have a couple of weeks of holiday parties that make it impossible to fit into them- do you return the jeans for a size 14? Noooooo.....you keep those jeans as a reminder to stay good and get back into them! Now if I jumped back up to a size 16 and stayed there for 3 months- then maybe I'd switch- but that'll never happen on WISH! So keep that clippie you earned it!!!
