I an on WW and went to Disney for seven days without gaining anything.
I just watched what I ate and tried to get the healthy stuff but by no means was I within points for each day. I think all the walking that we did off set any gains I might have had. Just don't deviate from your normal foods and enjoy....
there have been some very good tips given in the past -- trying searching this board for "WDW" or the like and see if you find any -- if not let me know and i'll help you relocated them
